30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all research chemicals.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or reship if:
- Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong product was shipped
- Package was lost or never delivered
- Package was seized by customs
- Product quality does not meet our standards
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Submit photos if product is damaged/defective
- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Reship Policy
For lost or seized packages:
- One free reship per order if package is lost/seized
- Tracking information must show package issue
- Reship uses alternative shipping method
- Full refund available instead of reship

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Products used or opened (unless defective)
- Orders refused at delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
